Socializing

Yesterday I was so bored in the office. Installing Diner Dash Flo On The Go into my office computer without much people noticing..and I had a little fun and killed some time. ^^ Had some chat among my colleagues.. When I came back home, felt a bit regret.. as I talked too much..spill too much about my family background to strangers which I only worked together for approximately 3 months. Of course, the topic I talked always around myself and family problems…no other comments on other colleagues. (it’s dangerous to give comments in the Real World)Haha, guess what?

Today I chatted with a guy colleague, which we rarely talked to each other before.
It’s a good start to get socialized..start knowing each other. He started talking to me first by asking me do I know how to eat vegetarian food…because that time I was doing an advertisement for a vegetarian restaurant. And the story went on…from food to family, to career, to studies..lol

I think I’ve talked too much tonight. Exposing too much about myself. But I think it’s still okay, because I’m still sticking around the topic of me and my family. Once again, not a single comment on any colleagues.

From another perspective, this is another way to self introduce indirectly and also to know more about the others. While you share what you have experienced, they will also tell you theirs. So tonight, I know this guy – David, at the age of 30++ (I assume), a person with interior design background and also used to be an interior designer in a big company somewhere around KL. See? While I told him something about me, I also get to know more about him.

Slowly, I’ll find chance to try talk to the others. (of course only if we are free enough to chat) Chatting kills time..which makes me feel better, much much better than sitting alone there looking at the right bottom of the computer’s desktop.. (you know what I mean, don’t ya?)

  yea, that’s right..
  right bottom of the desktop is the clock…it’s bored when you have nothing to do..worse if you staring at the clock to pass the time..
