Starting from Monday, I said that I am going on a diet. I am actually trying my best to control what food I take and make sure I don’t get lazy to do some physical exercises too. Today is the fifth day, and I am losing some weight, although not much, but I can feel my trousers getting a little loose now. (amazing ^^)
Okay, to the main topic. The food I take this few days are less oily food. It’s all fruits and vegetables. This is what I have for lunch today. It looks like makizhushi, but it’s not! Because there’s no rice in it. The filling is egg and cucumber. Very beautiful color, and that’s my invention dish. LOL (of course I didn’t eat 2 only..this is for display purpose)

Very easy to make. Just like the way you make sushi rolls. It will definitely taste better if you eat it straight away after making it…more fresh..yummy.

@broken, haha..ya meat free..cuz wanna eat more fibre..for exercises..hmm i do crunches everyday..not much..bout 30 times..will increase the amount. Hope that helps to get a fit abdomen. ^^
