Let’s do this 5 for a weekend thing!

1. What is your definition of ‘healthy eating’?
Answer: High fibre, less oil and organic food.

2. Do you exercise on a regular basis? What is your favorite form of exercise? Least favorite?
Answer: Yes, but it’s partial exercise. I like to shake my hips with hula hoop, want to reduce waistline badly. Not really like sit up, very tiring yet an effective exercise.

3. Do you take vitamin supplements?
Answer: Nope.

4. Can you tell that your body is getting older? If so, how?
Answer: Nope, I feel younger and healthier after my diet plan.

5. Would you call yourself healthy?
Answer: 50/50
