This is an existing news from WidgetBucks. Previously, they have change their new policy about not paying for International traffic, and many bloggers thinking of dumping this fast money maker program.
Today, an announcement is made. Perhaps a good news for all of us outside the United States and Canada. It’s announced that, starting from December 2007, a new column called “CPM Revenue” will be available. Yes, they are implementing CPM (cost-per-thousand impressions) Ads soon.
Take a look at this quote from WidgetBucks blog.
At the time a user visits a page containing the widget, we will sense the geographic location of the visitor. If they are in the U.S. and/or Canada, the user will see the normal WidgetBucks widget. If the user is outside those two countries, then our system will determine a country- specific CPM ad to display. We are currently working with advertisers covering 100 countries and offering thousands of creatives to ensure that site visitors will be monetized for your benefit. All ads are restricted against adult or other suggestive themes.
So, what do you think? Yea, patience is important. Policies might change time after time.
