If you’re in Kuching and you love Chinese rock music, this is definitely a party for you! It’s called 把根留住 Sarawak Rock Party 2007. (把根留住 simply means: preserving the roots)

The motivation of this party is to support local Chinese rock band and of course bring entertainment to the public. This is a very good spirit to bring up the importance of Chinese culture in a multi-racial country like Malaysia.

Date: 8th December 2007 (this coming Saturday)
Time: 7pm to 12am
Venue: FEV.ER Bar and Club
Admission Fee: RM10
Performing Bands: Visualies, Dream machine, SLaP!, Uglymen, Dyerbreed, Channel 1, Spider Web, Chao.
