Making Sushi With Sushi Model

Remember the “sushi maker” and “sushi plate” I bought from Daison Japan in Singapore? Yup, the sushi pic above shows the sushi I made using the sushi maker or model and put on top on the sushi plate.

That’s the first time I tried to use a model to make sushi. I spent more time than I usually need to make sushi. Maybe I was not familiar with it yet. But the outcome is so neat, each and every sushi is in the same size.

I made quite a lot of sushi and put it into my lunch box. I prepared all these at night and bring to work the next day. The filling is very simple, just crab meat stick and cucumber.

I even made some for Orange and sent it to him before I went to work. The Kuma-Kuma speaker is just for decoration.

Kuma-Kuma: “Kuma papa, please have your sushi made by Kuma mama.”

P/s: Kuma papa = Orange, Kuma mama = me.
