Yesterday just received a parcel from Singapore. It’s my on stage graduation photo. It still need some time before my personal graduation photo, which we took at the studio, to be developed. Finally graduated. No, no increment in salary. Perhaps next year? or never… Working with the company for 8 months, I started to think if I should find a new one.

Nice photo with nice labeling - University of Portsmouth, UK. Yea, a UK honor degree! So? Every month also need to drive all the way from home to office, suffer from traffic jams, and get very little salary. Are you telling me a Bachelor’s degree graduand should have at least RM1500 and above? Sort of. But I will never have such offer if I stay back in the company.
However, I like my current lifestyle. I can eat, sleep, date, blog and work. Just sometimes, I hate to do job that is not related to my job specification. What to do? They always say economy is bad, you have to do more than you are paid. And hence, I think I could get some extra bucks through blogging since I blog almost everyday.
A reader said that recently I have too much of advertising post which might affect the quality of my blog content. But do you know how hard I try to write such a sponsored review? It’s not like simply making up stories just to spam my blog and pollute the readers’ eyes. Unlike most bloggers who did paid post, I try to relate some (I don’t say all) topics to my daily life. Sometimes writing such post even spend more time than writing a normal post as I have to beware of the advertiser’s requirement and also the quality of my content.

When I told my friend I was gonna sick, he suggested me to drink beer. I really bought a can of Tiger but still I felt no difference. The next day, I was really sick.
And that’s why almost everyday now and then, I write at least 2 posts daily. One is the so called paid reviews, and the other is the normal blog content. This blog will never change its nature of sharing ideas and thoughts in various aspects. If you dislike my paid reviews, you can skip it by not reading it. And that’s what the “Read more” comes in handy. Most of my normal long post will have the “Read more” tag, so that readers can easily choose which topic for further reading.
I’m not totally recovered yet. Still sick and maybe suffering from PMS. So I get depressed easily. Sometimes, I try to review my daily life or thoughts even in paid post! For instance, I’m sick. I fed up of working and thinking of holidays. Too bad, I don’t even have annual leave and for last month, I already took 4 unpaid leaves and a half day sick leave. It’s 5th, and it’s still not payday. Tell me…when you can blog for money, why not?
It took me so long to make the decision of doing sponsored reviews. Thinking of the pagerank (PR) issue, the content quality, number of readers and the list goes on… Since many claimed that they get paid for blogging, why not try it myself to see how true is it?
