Few days ago, I received my graduation photo which I took in the studio in Singapore. I put my previous graduation portrait with this new one together and made a comparison. I was like OMFG?! What a BIG difference in just 2 years time! I was really plump back then.
Some of my old friends met me in person and was really shocked! Last week, when I was having my dinner with Orange in a coffee shop, I saw my ex-classmates. He was really shocked and asked how I did it. Well, the greatest secret of my slimming plan, is not by using any fitness equipment, nor extreme diet plan. The most important element of all is – DETERMINATION.

Of course, I’ve been through all the hard time of enduring not eating lovely (delicious yet fatty) food. Doing some exercise at home and keep an eye on the food I take. Sometimes, consuming some slimming products. That’s how I slim down. I still think the best and effective way of slimming down is to drink more plain water and do more physical exercises.

Luckily she realised earlier, if she always followed me out sure more terrible than now…paiseh oh apple, always ask u follow me here and there eat.
I need to loose weight as well. Didn’t do to well last year. Hopefully this year would be better!

I don’t know the exact name, but it’s something like straight leg raises. You can get more information here.
Yep determination is most important. If you don’t have that you will break after a couple of weeks. Thats why I always use goals too reach. Then I am determant to reach it.
