New Year Aftermath

Not really an aftermath but I psychologically think that I’ve gained some extra “meat”. But in fact my waistline still remain the same (how I wish it could slim down a little bit faster). It’s time for me to figure out a better diet plan. No, not only diet. I have to force myself to be at least a little hardworking to do some physical exercise that can really make me sweat.

It’s easier said than done. Don’t know how many times I said that to myself. It will really be a great help if I can get myself a fitness equipment and whenever I stare at it I will start doing exercise. (No, don’t ask me to go to gym, I hate it for “some reasons”)

Actually during Chinese New Year, I didn’t eat much during visiting.  But sometimes will still eat some delicious fatty food.  How can you resist things like this…
