Today is the 2nd day of the golden rat year. It’s also the first time my parents organized an open house party. Many people and many food. It feels very weird, I can’t really feel the new year mood. However, I’ve been walking around to capture some new year mood photos and now, am ready to share with all of my readers.
Like the post title suggested, red is what you can see everywhere during the season.

During Chinese New Year, many delicacies are being prepared to serve the visitors. Candies is one of them.
I saw some interesting thing! Golden apples…. 5 for RM1. Candy is inside, but no taste at all. =.=
This year, my house lack of this kind of sweet and sour delicacy. Think of those sour plum just make my saliva dripping.
Fish is also another symbol used during Chinese New Year. It resembles wealth. Therefore for the Chinese, fish is a must during reunion dinner.

Still can’t feel the new year…but at least I get some ang pao (red packets with money inside), not much like before as I am a grown up and working now. If I get married, I will be the one who give ang pao, not receiving anymore.
