A.P.P.L.E

Today is a special day - 29th day of the month which occurs only once every 4 years. So, I decided to post something “unusual”. This is going to be a very long post. If you don’t have the patience to read about my life, this is not the post for you. I’m going to write about my recent updates, or to be more precise, rambling about the things around me. It’s time to let go some inner voice.

After the quarrel, I hardly speak to him any further. This really feels bad, as he is my father. I feel guilty for not establishing a good father-and-daughter relationship. I’ve changed since Mom migrated to Heaven 8 years ago. An old question struck my mind and I feel like answering it today. Once, Jason asked “You love your father more or your mum?”

Today, I announce to the whole world (blogosphere, I mean) , “I LOVE MY MOM MORE!!!!!!”. It sounds unfair for my dad but after all these years, I miss my mom like hell and regretted for not being a good daughter. Sorry dad. I tried and try so hard to communicate (negotiate) with you, but it turns out to be the opposite results. Well, if you could sometime listen to me just for a sec, things would have been better. I hate to be an ice pick all the time. Breaking the ice is not an easy task. Most of the time, I just get big ice cube crushed over my head in return.

To be honest, I HATE DRIVING! 7 years ago, I was so excited, like almost every newbie, when I first took my driving lessons. Learning to drive was something I longed for. Since then, fetching my sis to tuition schools become part of my job - until today. I hate traffic jams. I can easily get pissed off when the traffic light is green yet the cars in front driving so slow like snail. As a result, the cars in front manage to cross the road, yet leaving me behind the red light. Damn!

Other than that, I have problems in memorizing directions. I rarely go anywhere other than meeting up with Orange and going to my workplace. So I can hardly remember the direction to those places that I seldom or never go. That’s also one of the unreasonable reasons for not working elsewhere other than my hometown, Kuching.

Today, my superior asked me to do something like a small program that serve as record purpose. She said it just like something very easy to be done. For me, it’s not. I know the program concept, and it must be a web based application so that the Managing Director will be able to access it anywhere as long as there’s Internet. That’s the problem. I have not been writing any program since graduated. The superior didn’t specify which language to use (of course she doesn’t know what language to use, she is non-IT personnel). I know to make things easier, PHP is the best solution. But wait a minute! I never learned PHP in school before. For web base application, all I ever learned is Javascript and ASP. Yea, is ASP without the .NET. This means, I have to do some self study before I can finish my assigned task. Time to read the Dummies e-book!!

Okay, so Google has done another PR update. A.P.P.L.E is still having a PR0. PR!! PR!! Everyday PR! I dislike being rated 0 - it’s ugly. No matter how hard I try to put in good contents, Google will still give me a zero because I do paid post. Hello?! I’m not doing PPP ok? Well, how many readers love my blog is still an unknown. People just come and go…

Everyday I just think of getting some benefit out of my blog and nearly forget the nature of my blog. I’m here to share things of my interest, not really into making money. Making money is just for some extra cash. I don’t blog for a living. I’m not pro like my idol LiewCF. At least I tried some ways in getting money online. Not very successful but still manage to earn a little.

Recently, joined BlogMalaysia.com. Kinda like the community. Met some cool bloggers. Envy Alvin and KhoKing who are both from Sarawak and now Japan! They have very nice blog, do check it out.

Next, to reply a tag from NAFASG some time ago about “make love not war”, this is what I think about. Recently, you can see banners everywhere along the road from both political parties using phrase to “fight” each other, just to gain more votes for the upcoming election. I didn’t register myself for voting. Why not? Lazy and not interested.

I know this doesn’t sound like me, but I do have some point of view, although this is related to politics. Perhaps only Kira is justice.Just remember, we need peace not war.
