On Diet

Yea, like I said before on Monday, I started my diet. I’m not taking any diet pills, instead I’m having replacement meals twice per day. I drink a lot of plain water too. But I have my normal meal during lunch time. Drinking a lot of water means going to the toilet very often. I guess my colleagues will have to see me walking in and out the office, heading for the washroom all the time for 3 months!
Today is the 4th day. I’m proud of myself that I follow the plan accordingly. I didn’t take sweet drinks, I didn’t eat snacks or eat other things except my lunch time. Any changes? My skin is itchy, several parts have “bumps” all over which looks like the aftermath of being bitten by mosquito. However, I can’t remember any mosquito around me. However, this evening Orange said he felt my skin become smoother, which is a good news.
I will take my body measurement and weight this coming Sunday. Hopefully I can see some changes, or at least a little changes.
