Irresistible Local Dish!

Category: Food and Drinks

Do you still remember Kaya & Toast? Now it’s not a place for coffee and toast. You can have your lunch here with delicious local food. Take a look at the following and you’ll get what I mean. Food lovers, beware~

Introducing Nasi Lemak Special. It’s coconut-flavored rice, with other ingredients like anchovies, peanuts, chicken, marinated carrot & cucumber, egg and curry.

Next, another one of my favorite - Curry & Noodle. Best when served hot. The curry is not very spicy, suitable for all.

My favorite drink of all time - Teh C Peng (Iced Milk Tea)

This is how the milk tea look like exactly. In Kuching, people is crazy about 3 layer . Sorry, folks. The 3 layer Teh C Peng here is below average. Instead of black sugar, I think they use wheat grass syrup. =.=

If you really wanna have milk tea here, try the Iced Teh Tarik instead.

How can you resist the irresistible?! Diet pills can’t even help now~

    @Alvin Lim,
    Hm..once in a while for taking such food should be ok.

    @remblue,
    It might not be as good as it looks. :P (Still remember my pizza pix?)

    @foongpc,
    As far as I’m concerned, it’s originated from Kuching, not sure if this “trend” has been spread to other places.

    @Orange,

    @Oldstock,
    The “C” is a short form we used to refer to evaporated milk.
