The best appetite suppressant is not any meal replacement products nor diet pills. It got to be water. Water is healthy and essential to our body. If you want to lose weight naturally, you can control the amount of food you take by drinking a glass of water before your meal. With additional exercises, you can see the results after some time.

Speaking about water, when we want to bring water along with us, we need to use bottles. Beware of what bottles you are using, especially plastic bottles! I don’t know if you have already read this article which I posted some time ago, but I hope all my readers can spend a little time to read it.
Today I read an article from my inbox and would love to share with all of you. It’s about plastic. Is plastic toxic or safe for our health?

Hey Apple, good post and totally agree with you that we need to be careful with the kinds of bottles we’re using!!
I’d also done something similar last month… also with the same conclusion that we need to be weary of plastic bottles numbering 1, 3, 6 and 7.

Plastic is useful! But if it’s manufactured unethically or faulty then there’ll be problem. So we really need to use platic-wares that are approved safe. Tupperware sounds good right? LOL =)
