I'm sure that when one door closes, another one opens. I had a problem similiar years ago, While working they would give me all the new people to train and oversee. Sometimes I'd make friends with them but the company wasn't patient for people who learned at a slower pace so they would be let go within 2 weeks :( awwww I believe too that everything happens for a reason.
