Yet another game from Playfish, Restaurant City is currently in its beta and now available in Facebook! It’s really an addictive game, in my opinion, it’s more addictive than Pet Society. The reason is simple – the game itself is nearly semi-auto. I don’t have to visit lots of friends to gain the in game money, but by visiting each new friend for the first time, I can get ingredients to upgrade my restaurant’s menu, which is sometimes very challenging.

It is really fun to watch your restaurant grow, and you can even “hire” your friends from your friend list (regardless of he/she plays this game) to work for you. And it’s also a place for you to express your creativity on designing your very own virtual restaurant.This was how my restaurant looked like when I was level 12. Currently level 15 by the time I wrote this post.

Each time you up a level, you will get an upgrade on either a “larger restaurant” or “hire another employee”. You can zoom the view, however it will be in low quality.

Each day, you will be given a question regarding cooking. Every correct answer earns you an ingredient which is useful for you to either learn a new dish or upgrade your current dish. Through this quiz, you can also gain some cooking knowledge. How fun!

Now, you can even dress up your character. This is me :3

It is really fun and addictive, to watch my restaurant grow day by day. However, the game is kinda hard to load sometimes. I believe it should be the patching issues as it’s still in beta test.
