Slow & Poor

Just when my wallet is slimming down day by day (it’s end of the month and I have just bought a new motherboard and graphic card – you would have known this if you followed my Facebook status), I have gradually gained at least 5kgs of weights and worse to the worse, my waist has at least increase 2 inches!!!!!! Does that mean the money I spent some time ago just become trash like this? I have spent more than 2k on products to help me lose weight. It did help me a lot, but look at me now!!! Eating disorder and inconsistent life style has given me those extra meat!!!!!
Argh!!! A friend introduce me a product from an MLM (a local one, I suppose, which I feel a bit uneasy). Since the price is affordable, I would give it a try. I will not mention the product here if and only if it is effective. So now I will have to take some pills. I hope it is some sort of most effective diet pills, but without side effects. It is claimed to be a “traditional medicine” which “traditionally used to improve bowel movement and relieve constipation and helps to reduce body weight“.
Okay, the picture you see on the left is actually my stomach / abdomen. I never post a picture like this publicly. It is so embarrassing. But I want to use this to encourage myself and to make a promise to myself and let every one of you be my witness. It’s time for me to take care of what I eat and also to do EXERCISE!!! My exercise ball has been abandoned for quite some time already!!

Start something simple. A 10 minutes walk, or jog. Do it everyday. Don’t start with a mountain to climb, you will just feel frustrated and abandon it.
Start simple and make it into a routine, then add “weight/speed” to it slowly.
awwww ;( Don’t be too hard on yourself Take one day at a time and do a little exercise and in no time you’ll be feeling better and have good results
tell you what.. i have the same tummy with you.. no kidding, really…
no exercise and gym for so many months, everyday eat and sleep only… terrible..

Ah..true or not. It’s kinda unbelievable. If you really have that tummy too, then your tattoo will be distorted.
