3 Days Apple Diet

No diet pill this time. Today I start my 3 days apple diet. I am really fed up with my fat belly. Apples are expensive. I remember some years ago, I tried this method before and after 3 days, I really did reduce weight.

I hope I can have strong determination to finish this 3 days apple diet. I will only be eating apples and drinking plain water. This diet plan will start from 15.06.2009 to 17.06.2009.

I have successfully complete Day 1. :)

    Diets are never easy, and the hardest thing about them is staying on them lol XD

    but I find that the first days are always the hardest if you can make it for 10 days straight then you will find that it just become habit. Now I’m not saying that everyone should jump on a diet for the rest of their lives and sometimes diets can be really stict ; ;

    But we all have one life. Enjoy it while we can. Who wants to spend the rest of their life on strict diets.

    But if you’re going to diet then I’ve found the easiest way to lose weight and keep it off is just by eating smaller portions of the foods you eat anyways, and if you are going to go out to a nice restaurant and eat then limit it to once a week is all. And when you do feel that you have over eaten a little then for the next few days just eat less.

    Never eat before going to bed. Remember that it takes 3 hours to digest food so make sure that if you do eat late due to late work schedules or what not, wait a few hours before sleeping.

    Exercise helps but all that’s required is 15 minutes a day to make a difference not much at all huh?

    and the most important thing is stress. In order to maintain a healthy & successful diet is you need to be happy. If you’re under any type of stress dieting is almost useless because you’re body will not accept the changes you’re making.

    Anyhow sorry to write a short book over here (._.) but I’m the type of person who shares what they’ve learned, and never keeps a good secret to herself :) lol

    The 3 Day Diet is a very specific food plan that must be followed precisely.and to keep your metabolism from slowing, reverting to fat-storing, starvation mode….
