The Correct Way of Using Mouse & Keyboard

This is an essential piece of news for everyone who stay in front of the computer almost every time. Especially bloggers like us :D We have to take good care of our hands to prevent Carpal Tunnel Syndrom (CTS).

What is CTS?

Carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS), or median neuropathy at the wrist, is a medical condition in which the median nerve is compressed at the wrist, leading to paresthesias, numbness and muscle weakness in the hand. The diagnosis of CTS is often misapplied to patients who have activity-related arm pain. – wikipedia

The misuse of mouse and keyboard will result in CTS. Take a look at the following CTS surgery. Not for the fainted heart.

To prevent such thing happen to us, we have to make sure we use the keyboard and mouse correctly. Refer to the instructions (images) below:

    OMG ; ; You said not for the faint of heart but still T_T No words can prepare you for that! At first I thought it was fake ; ; but it’s not.

    Please everyone take care of your hands while using the computer. I actually have some small problems with my hands but I hope it’s not Carpal Tunnel

    touch pad still okay gua..but your sitting posture must be correct too, or not later hunchback..

    every time I look at the pic, it gives me goosebumps. Someone left comment said that the pic is fake, saying that it’s actually another sickness, nothing to do with using the mouse. But mouse is also related to wrist activities, better let’s be alert too.
