Fat, Fat, Fat!!!! GO AWAY!!

I’m going to start a serious diet plan. I have actually purchased a weight management product which cost me around RM4000!! I consider this product as the best fat burner, because I had used this product once to slim down till the look I have today.  (I will mention about the product name once I receive it.) However, I still have a fat, obvious belly!!!

OMG!!! That’s really embarrassing. Today, I’ve bought a more accurate body weight scale. It’s one of the essential tools to keep track my slimming plan.

Meet my new buddy – the blue scale. It will company me for the next 6 months.

It’s a lot of bravery to publish my weight in the public. I’m fat!!!! When I mean I’m fat, I really mean it!! Take a look at how heavy I weight!!!!! 65kg!! OMFG!!!!!!!!

Initially, I supposed to start my slimming plan by today. However, due to late payment of the products I bought and the shipping delay, I have not receive the goods and I can only receive it this coming Monday. Means, I will start my slimming plan aka diet plan on Tuesday, 04.08.2009, if everything is according to plan.

    Burning fat is like the hardest thing to do – even way harder than a final Math exam. I’ve been trying to cut 1-2 kilograms off my body weight by doing diet or workout but it never works. I guess I should change my habit and my too-friendliness with junk food. ^^

    Anyway, good luck with your diet program. I’d like to hear the story after you’ve succeeded. =D
