tHe Spring 2nd Floor is Open!

After reading Rose‘s blog post about tHe Spring yesterday, I decided to visit tHe Spring to snap some photos of its newly open shoplots to become one of those “kiasu” Kuchingites. tHe Spring is open for more than one and the half year, the 2nd floor was always under renovation and it’s finally open to public!

So after work, I went home and bring Cherry and Orange along. Reached tHe Spring around 8pm, and we were searching for the 2nd floor “entrance”.

*The two most important person in my life*

If you can spot Padini Cocept Store, then you’re just few step away from going up to 2nd floor.

The escalator is just opposite the store and it’s between the Padini Concept Store and Lea Centre.

If you prefer Coffee Bean more than Starbucks, now you can have your own coffee here in tHe Spring 2nd floor.

There’s a candy store selling cute candies like these…

Are you a fan of The Powerpuff Girls? Or HelloKitty?

Cherry’s favorite – Love chan!

Kokoberry is selling desserts, drinks.

Sushi King “takeaway” store.

They put all the sushi in transparent boxes like these, easy for you to take away.

iGlool…selling blended ice desserts.

Rap toys…

This is one of the shops that caught my attention most! Momotoys!

If you like anime, action figures…this store is just for you.

Chopper from One Piece! So cute, the price is cute too!! RM80.

Here’s an interesting one. Its package looks like candy or something edible. Inside consists random One Piece character. RM15 each.

I picked one.

So excited to know who’s inside.

A store called Lollipops that does not sell lollipops.

But it has lots of cute stuff like soft toys, especially HelloKitty. (but I didn’t snap the photos of HelloKitty stuff)

Cute-looking food shaped magnets. They are tiny actually.

I like these mini paper clips which come in different shapes.

Trainbows, mostly selling decorative stuff or things that you can use but look cute.

Another store that caught my attention is this – Bloop.

Definitely for girls.

You can choose a variety of colors from different range to spice up your fingers, opps..finger nails I mean.

All sorts of cosmetics.

Food or cosmetics?

Ice-cream which you can’t eat. They are facial products.

I never thought that Game Mania will open a branch here in tHe Spring. They just launched their first branch at Wisma Saberkas not long ago.

Its name is MBO cinema.

For those who love to sing K, perhaps another great hangout for you? Opening soon on 3rd Oct ’09.

Other than that, 2nd floor also has an entrance for Parkson. But I didn’t go in. And there’s a section for some mini expo which I didn’t snap photos of it.

That’s all for 2nd floor. Back to ground floor, here’s a booth about hand crafts.

Very nice and neat DIY artwork.

A wooden chair that looks like a hand. Look like “5 Fingers Mountain” (五指山) from famous Chinese novel – “Journey to the West” (西游记).

There’s a China book fair going on. I thought I want to have a look but time is limited. So I took a look at another book fair by MPH book store. Saw some nice cover designs and there’s offers for those books.

I bought a book which cost RM15, original price is RM35++. I bought it not because I’m a bookworm, just because I like the cover design!! LOL
