Results After Week 12

My weight more or less remain the same between 57 and 56kgs. It’s mostly because I have eaten quite a lot lately, especially during night time, which I’m not suppose to have any solid food intake. So the results at the end of the month, still seems like “stagnant”.

If you have been following my updates in my Facebook diet photo album, then you know that I am really treating my stomach “so well” lately.

Results for week 12.

The good news is, now I’m almost able to fit in perfectly in my “oriental style” outfit, which I bought about 2 years ago (and never manage to fit in).

Summary:
Average body weight 56kg.

“Heavy eating” date:
03.10.2009 – Mooncake party
10.10.2009 – Step mom’s birthday dinner
13.10.2009 – Friend’s wedding dinner
14.10.2009 – Friend’s birthday dinner
23.10.2009 – Sister’s birthday party with friends
24.10.2009 – Vacation @ beach, eating out
25.10.2009 – Sister’s birthday dinner with family
31.10.2009 – Halloween party

Oh wow…8 days of food intake during night time, no wonder my weight just remain so “stable”. So November, a new month, I promised myself to stay strong to face the challenge. My target weight for this month is 50kg. I hope I can reach 50kg by the end of November. And gonna force myself to do physical exercises as well.  Wish me luck!

By the way, have you ever heard of glucomannan weight loss?

    Hi, i accidentally found ur blog and i thk it’s very encouraging for me to lose weight. I’m planning to wear a nice tight fitting outfit for Christmas which is like 4 weeks from now. I’ve been working out throughout the past few weeks and of course cutting down on food intake. I’ve been taking apples and oats everyday and i thk it works. I hope my progress will be as good as urs.
