Valentine’s Day

This year’s Valentine’s Day was somewhat special. It fell on the same day of Chinese New Year. Yes, 14th February this year is also the first day of Chinese New Year, a.k.a. Lunar Year. Visiting relatives and friends, plus the limited Internet connectivity I have at home (something wrong with the router / phone line, not sure yet), I’m only able to post an update about how I spent my Valentine’s Day with him today.

Few days before Valentine’s Day, which was 11th, we went to Bing! Coffee to had a drink. Since Chinese New Year is also around the corner, they had a special promo for one week.

Ice blended red tangerine @ RM12.50.  We were the last customer. Cheese is currently working at Bing! Coffee, so we were able to enjoy this drink at staff price with 10% discount.

Cheese was busy doing closing at that moment.

Ice blended red tangerine is very good looking.

It’s sweet and sour and so “orange”.

Both of us just share a glass of this beverage.

I gave Orange his Valentine present on the 13th, one day before the actual day. Since, the first day of Chinese New Year, I should be busy visiting relatives and friends.

A Swiss Polo bag worth around RM67.

Now he can use this bag to put his belongings and go to work.

And on the actual day, we had KFC for dinner.

RM12.90 per set.

The heart shape shrimp nugget is sweet.

It was a simple and pleasant day to celebrate. :)
