I Am My Hair

Hey! It’s me and the story of my hair. I have been trying hard to keep my long hair since the last time I dyed my hair red in the salon. Actually in July 2010, just before my birthday, my friend and I went to have our hair bleached and dyed with “extreme” color. She had hers dyed hot pink, and I had mine dyed greenish blue. That time, I also dyed my entire hair with some brownish color to cover the previous red.

By the way, red is not a long lasting color. So does the greenish blue.

The pretty girl beside me shared the same name (Apple) and same birthday with me :D

During January this year, I went to the salon to change the color of my hair again. This time I thought of having some even more bright and outstanding color.

After few washing of the hair, the color get even brighter. I was not so use to it by that time. But still love the bright color.

Of course the black hair is growing all the time. I went to the salon to cover up the black part . And for nearly 8 months, I maintain my hair with this color. Last August, I was on my budget yet my black hair grew quite a lot already. Desperately wanna cover the black hair, so I went to buy the brightest hair dye solution I can get from normal super market and DIY.

Today, I went to a salon which I ever tried before. It was introduced by Mika. He always goes to that salon to get his hair done. The results are always great, that is why I decided to give it a try. The salon name is Crown Hair Studio, located in the city.

I picked grey. Before coloring, here comes the bleaching.

Sitting there fore nearly 5 hours and finally…

TA~~DAAAA~~~

Greyish, bluish, silverish.. I’m so in love with this new look.  However, this is believed to be not the final look yet. After several times of washing, the color will gradually ‘fade off’ and the remaining color is what the hairstylist intended to let me have for my hair.

Too good not to post for some photos, don’t you think so?

Hmm, yea of course I need some makeup to make the entire photo nicer.

Like my grey hair, grey contact lens, grey eyeshadow and lipstick?

^_^

  1. I like the most this bright color :) but why are you changing color of your hair? You have so nice dark colour I love Asian hairs (*.*) maybe becouse I have blond all my life ;) and dark colours don’t suit me ;( greetings from Poland ;)

    • Hi Nathalienn, welcome to my blog =)
Hmm, perhaps it’s the other way round when Asian people tend to love blonde / bright hair color. We are bored with the dark tone..haha. Anyway, I had the yellowish / brownish hair for quite some time, so I thought I would like to try on something more dramatic or feels more like an Anime :D

      • I read your blog often :D Maybe you are right, becouse I watch many colours on hairs, but I love Asian dark color of hairs :D It’ ll look good on you (I mean hairs like from Anime) :) suits me just blond, chestnut and red;) but I only use coloring shampoos do not have stood-shoots ;)
But I really curious of your new colour if you will change this in future :)

        • I’m flattered to know that you read my blog often. Sorry for not posting updates frequently due to busy work schedule :D

In my opinion, coloring shampoo is healthier for the hair. And does not cause as much damage as dye color. ;)

The color has turn brighter. I might take some photos tomorrow and post some updates here ^_^

          • I choose shampoo because when colour do not fit to me it’ll be easier to get rid of it ;) Maybe it’s true that shampoos are healtier for hairs but my are tragical! I do not use hair dryers, varnishes, gels, foams, etc.. And they are damaged and weak :( I realy envy you :D you have so beautiful hairs.
It does not matter, I have your blog on my and I know when you post a new post :)
Greetings and hugs from Poland ;)
