Happy Father’s Day

Category: Event

Lately, I have not spend most of my time with my family. I have dedicated too much time for work, Orange and myself. I rarely have some conversation with Dad these days. In fact, I feel kinda guilty. So I decided to give him a gift on this special day for daddies. Every time thinking of buying present for Dad is a headache, and ended up buying bars of chocolate for him.

I remembered last Christmas, I told him I wanna buy him a car MP3 modulator so that he can listen his favorite songs without wasting CD for burning purposes. Now is the good time for me to present Dad this new gadget :D Couldn’t find any suitable present paper in my room, I used the Christmas present paper I bought last year. teehee~ Read more…

I like this music.

Happy Birthday, LeeChien!

Category: Event

April 18, today is LeeChien’s birthday. However, she is not in Kuching anymore. That’s sad, because we cannot celebrate her birthday together with her. Last year, I bought a chocolate cellphone hanger and post it to her. This year, I still need to post the present to her. Too bad, we couldn’t pass the present to her with our own hands.

Nice card? It’s a handmade card by Cherry. Read more…

Happy Valentine

You can see lots of flower stall along road, especially bus stops. You should also read about Valentine’s day in Japan culture.

Valentine’s day means different thing to different people. Take a look at this from my Facebook network, the definition of Valentine’s Day.

And perhaps this is the best advertisement during the festive. *evil grin*

How will you celebrate Valentine’s day? I’ll probably stay back and watch One Piece latest episodes which Orange have downloaded 2 days ago.

Tip: Do you know that to let the rose last longer, vendors dissolve Panadol pills in the water. [Source]

Chap Goh Meh

Category: Event, Life Log

Besides the first day of Chinese New Year, Chap Goh Meh 十五暝, or literally known as the “Fifteenth Night” is an important date for those who celebrate Chinese New Year. It also marks the end of Chinese New Year celebration. (Yes, it’s celebrated for 15 days.) Family members will gather together to have another reunion dinner. Shops will be closed earlier for the celebration. I had my reunion dinner with my family on the day before Chap Goh Meh, which was a Sunday. I think most of us celebrate it on Sunday because it’s a Sunday, less hassle.
