The pretty girl beside me shared the same name (Apple) and same birthday with me

During January this year, I went to the salon to change the color of my hair again. This time I thought of having some even more bright and outstanding color.

After few washing of the hair, the color get even brighter. I was not so use to it by that time. But still love the bright color.

Of course the black hair is growing all the time. I went to the salon to cover up the black part . And for nearly 8 months, I maintain my hair with this color. Last August, I was on my budget yet my black hair grew quite a lot already. Desperately wanna cover the black hair, so I went to buy the brightest hair dye solution I can get from normal super market and DIY.

Today, I went to a salon which I ever tried before. It was introduced by Mika. He always goes to that salon to get his hair done. The results are always great, that is why I decided to give it a try. The salon name is Crown Hair Studio, located in the city.

I picked grey. Before coloring, here comes the bleaching.

Sitting there fore nearly 5 hours and finally…

Greyish, bluish, silverish.. I’m so in love with this new look.  However, this is believed to be not the final look yet. After several times of washing, the color will gradually ‘fade off’ and the remaining color is what the hairstylist intended to let me have for my hair.

Too good not to post for some photos, don’t you think so?

Hmm, yea of course I need some makeup to make the entire photo nicer.

Someone tagged me in this photo in Facebook. Perhaps she knew that I might be interested. At first glance, I already fall in love with it.

Guess what? Today I finally bought this back at the price of RM45. It’s now part of my collection. This is my 2nd set of maid costume My new toy~

After these many years, I’m glad that my eyesight nearly remain the same, just the axis is slightly higher.

My right eye prescription.

My left eye prescription.

As you can see, my eyes need cylindrical correction. So I still have to wear my cylindrical glasses even when I wear soft lens, especially when I’m looking at something bright, eg. monitor.

I went to Jee Kwong Optical which is located at UG level of Wisma Saberkas on 17th Feb 2010. It took one day for them to finish my glasses. So I collected the glasses on 18th Feb 2010.

I chose a frame which I think looks cool. I never wear glasses with white frame, perhaps it’s a good chance to make a change and try it out. It’s SUB eyewear.

The front view is black, but side view is white. Just like SUB’s theme.

It cost me RM240, including the lens.

I really love my new glasses!!

It makes me feel like reading books right after I have this pair of new glasses. LOL

This is how I look when wearing this glasses, and of course with plano soft lens to “enhance” my eyes.

Even without soft lens, I think it’s still looking good. ^_^

It comes in a very cute tiny glass bottle. The brand is Dueba and is made in Korea.

Brown is a nice color to blend with Asian eyes ^_^

It’s diameter is 15mm, with effect of 16mm which can “enlarge” the iris.

I have a pair of sleepy-looking eyes, after wearing the lens, I look really more energetic.

Look at the photo below, it was my “fresh” appearance right after I had my hair done. It was on 13th Jan 2010. You can see that my hair color is red and bright, compared to Orange‘s.

The color faded gradually and it’s more to reddish brown now. And look at my hair, it’s not as straight as the first time I straighten my hair.

So yesterday morning, I went to another salon (the salon name is BROS, located at 3rd mile) to get my hair done. Cherry always go to this salon to have her hair cut, dye or straighten. The outcome is always very satisfying, so I decided to give this salon a try to “fix” my “messy” hair.

I asked for a red highlight that cost me RM60, and done a digital perm that cost me RM150. All together I spent RM210. I can’t believe I went to the salon 3 times in 2 months time. The first time is to have a new hair cut, second time is to have it colored. Now, highlighted and straighten. LOL. I also don’t know why I care so much about my hair now. Perhaps because of the influential of the friends around me.

This is how my hair looks now. I kinda like the red and the straightening effect! My hair is no longer untidy at the end.

At the same time, I also went to Watson at tHe Spring shopping mall to buy some hair care products. I want more red! So I bought a temporary hair color spray which is red. I haven’t really try on it because I cannot wash my hair right after the digital perm. I also bought a hair conditioner which can help with colored hair and bought a hair mask which I longed for.

See the “eyes image” at the right sidebar? That’s me wearing Wonder Eye in blue. However, it’s 0 power.  I’m short sighted, so I have to wear glasses if I wear this pair of blue lens.

The lens is quite big, it’s diameter is 16mm. A normal lens is only around 14mm to 14.5mm.

It’s very blue, and it does really “enlarge” my eyes, with fake lashes.

This is me wearing Wonder Eye during last Christmas.

Even without makeup (eyes shadow, eye liner), I can look real good just with the lens.

Do you know blue is actually my favorite color?

But I have to wear glasses in order to see clearly. It makes my eyes look larger even with glasses.

I bought this lens for RM25. It’s cheap because it’s 0 power. So, its solely for me to beautify my eyes only, not helping me to see things clearer.

Last Sunday, I decided to get it done before it’s too late (price might increase due to upcoming Chinese New Year event). I went back to the same salon which I had my  new hair cut – Enter Cut. I think the people there will think that I’m crazy, for always snapping photos while having my hair done.

I was sitting there for quite some time. This is after the hair stylist applied the cream for the first time and put the steamer on top of my head.

My friend also had his hair cut and dyed. He was sitting just beside me. So he took a photo of me. Oh dear, I looked so weird and ugly with my naked forehead. Can almost see the wrinkles-looking lines on the forehead! A sign of aging?! Sigh..I hope I don’t need any wrinkle treatments YET!

This is the finally look, right after I came out from the salon.

The color is quite obvious when there’s “enough” sunlight.

It cost me RM80 for the coloring, RM20 for the chemical treatment. A total of RM100 for this red hair.

Now my hair has more “volume”, I need something for styling my hair. So I went to Guardian to get a hair spray which cost me RM18.90.

I’m now happy with my new hair color and ready for a prosperous Chinese New Year ahead!

Okay, this is me with my current new hair cut. However, this is not gonna be the “final look” for 2010, as I’m planning to get my hair colored. Initially thought of having a red dye, but at the saloon this time. Or should I go for light brown / yellowish series, like the first time when I get my hair dyed many years ago? Suggestions?

Today, I went to a new saloon which is located near my office. It’s name is Enter Cut. My friend went to cut his hair there yesterday, and he was quite satisfied, so I thought I might go and have a try too.

The price is quite reasonable. I had my hair cut for RM12. This is the before and after look. I think I look more “lively” after the hair cut. =^.^=

I love my new hair style. Just can’t stop looking at the mirror. =.=|||

Now there’s some volume on my hair. This is the view from back. Apparently, my long hair become short and it’s not as straight as before.

Now, I’m kinda worry that I don’t know how to set my hair style for my everyday look. I think I need to get a hair spray since I don’t have any.

I haven’t have an eye check for quite some time (which is not really good). Wearing soft lens, you can’t get the exact power because they are all pre-made.

Bought a new contact lens casing too. Because it’s better to change the casing every 3 months.

Mystical Black – it will “enlarge” your pupil! I’ll be wearing this for the next few months, perhaps.

My eyes are small, especially the pupil size, and you can see a lot of white. But after wearing this soft lens, I can have a pair of “alluring eyes”.

With bigger eyes, you can look attractive than usual, even without makeup like this.

Light makeup can enhance the look.

I bought a “Cranberry” color IN2IT lipstick, Silkygirl Ivory face powder and Silkygirl maroon lipliner. These 3 things already cost me RM49.50! (These are not branded stuff like M.A.C., yet already cost me this much! I’m kinda “dry” currently)

Once reached home after shopping, I thought why not try out these new stuff and see the results? After applying liquid foundation, face powder, eyeliner, eye shadow, lipstick…I got this look…Simply set up a hairstyle with the “chopstick” to make the oriental look, and put on my kimono style outfit.

Cherry said I had the look of geisha here.
