I’m glad to announce that I am now officially CPR trained today. I have attended Basic Life Support (BLS) for Non-Health Care Provider, trained by Azizul Amar, founder and president of CPR1Malaysia.

I have to admit that Zumba changes one’s life. Ever since I met ZIN Victor and ZIN Awang from Glam Empire Fitness Studio, my love for Zumba is growing day by day. It’s like finally found the meaning of life, or in other words, found one’s passion!
I’ve been joining Glam Empire since June 2014. Time flies and it’s been half year already!

I have adopted a new hobby – dancing Zumba!
Zumba is a dance fitness program created by Colombian dancer and choreographer Alberto “Beto” Perez during the 1990s. It involves dance and aerobic elements. Zumba’s choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue, mambo and martial arts. Squats and lunges are also included.
I was introduced to Zumba by my gym which I joined last August. I only started joining Zumba classes on the 4th month after joing the gym. Once I tried Zumba, I fell in love with it (and sort of regretted for not joining it earlier!) I love Zumba even more when I first joined a Zumba replacement class conducted by ZIN™ Victor.
