Coffee or tea? Let’s have some toast for breakfast. This is definitely a nice place for a wonderful breakfast. Kaya & Toast: House of Coffee & Toast is a place that serve sweet and tasty toast. Last Saturday afternoon, we were invited to a gathering there.

Currently, there are 3 branches open here in Kuching. I remembered that time they just started their business in 3rd mile, a place that I always hang around. Making Sushi With Sushi Model

Remember the “sushi maker” and “sushi plate” I bought from Daison Japan in Singapore? Yup, the sushi pic above shows the sushi I made using the sushi maker or model and put on top on the sushi plate.

That’s the first time I tried to use a model to make sushi. I spent more time than I usually need to make sushi. Maybe I was not familiar with it yet. But the outcome is so neat, each and every sushi is in the same size. Read more…

Once again, we had a small gathering at Isabella’s Cafe. This happened last month, when my friends thought that we should come out and have some chat. I really like the atmosphere - you get surrounded by pillows.

Dinner with Family

This happened last month and I postpone this post until today. It’s been a long time since I last have an eating-out dinner with my family. They usually like to eat outside during the weekends, but I prefer going out myself. (That’s when you know you have grown up, you wan to go dating with your honey rather than spending time eating with family on weekends.)
