Results of 3 Days Apple Diet

After the 3 days apple diet, I have lost around 2kg. Not much, but it’s a good start. Although there’s some effective diet pills that work, I chose to try something more “natural” and less expensive.

Overall, the feeling is great. However, you can only do this diet plan once every one or two months. Overdoing it is not good, as only consuming apple cannot provide our body all the essential nutrition.

My Progress Report

Day 1:
Ate 6 apples and drank plain water

Day 2:
Ate 6 apples and drank plain water
BUT ate an ice-cream bought by Orange!! (breaking the chain!!)
Soya bean drink

Day 3:
Ate 6 apples and drank plain water
Wheatgrass drink
Soya bean drink

My body weight scale is really not accurate, so I can only say I lost around 2~3kg.

No diet pill this time. Today I start my 3 days apple diet. I am really fed up with my fat belly. Apples are expensive. I remember some years ago, I tried this method before and after 3 days, I really did reduce weight.

I hope I can have strong determination to finish this 3 days apple diet. I will only be eating apples and drinking plain water. This diet plan will start from 15.06.2009 to 17.06.2009.

I have successfully complete Day 1. :)

The best appetite suppressant is not any meal replacement products nor diet pills. It got to be water. Water is healthy and essential to our body. If you want to lose weight naturally, you can control the amount of food you take by drinking a glass of water before your meal. With additional exercises, you can see the results after some time.

Speaking about water, when we want to bring water along with us, we need to use bottles. Beware of what bottles you are using, especially plastic bottles! My Diet Progress

Yesterday my colleague asked me if I’m still consuming the meal replacement product. Yes I did. I bought the suppliment for 3 months but it’s passed 3 months and now is the 4th month, I still have some remaining suppliment. This is because: I started to slow down on the 3rd month, I didn’t consume it as much as expected.

Apparrently, I’ve lost weight (but still fat oustanding belly). My exercise ball which I bought early has puncturerd due to accident. But I’m really lucky enough to get a new ball replacement without extra charges.

That’s my most recent photo (taken on 17th evening). My chubby cheeks make me look young but look at my arms!! Oh gosh!
