Yesterday my colleague asked me if I’m still consuming the meal replacement product. Yes I did. I bought the suppliment for 3 months but it’s passed 3 months and now is the 4th month, I still have some remaining suppliment. This is because: I started to slow down on the 3rd month, I didn’t consume it as much as expected.
Apparrently, I’ve lost weight (but still fat oustanding belly). My exercise ball which I bought early has puncturerd due to accident. But I’m really lucky enough to get a new ball replacement without extra charges.

That’s my most recent photo (taken on 17th evening). My chubby cheeks make me look young but look at my arms!! Oh gosh!

By the way, if you want to lose weight, it’s better if you can control your diet and at the same time do some workout. Do not simply consume diet pills like nuphedrine without consulting your doctor.

It’s our anniversary again! And it’s Friday the 13th - Black Friday (who cares?). Wow..another 4 months then it will be our 3rd year together. I thought I wanted to post a photo of Orange and I here, but I realised that we have very limited couple photos!!

Happy 2 years 8 months, sulu.
A short update on my life. I want to change a new job. I will make my final decision by tonight and will give feedback to the interviewer. If I resign my current job, I will NOT be able to:
- Online during working hour, means no blogging or blog reading.
- Won’t be available online from 10am to 7pm.
- Be active in social networks / forums.
I will have to have a good time management to balance between my working life and blogging (earn money) life. Probably I will have to practise a lot on scheduled post. I don’t wish to stay in my current working place and remain underpaid for the rest of my life. So, I need to “scarify” some good offer for better income in the future. Wish me luck!

6.30am early yesterday morning, everyone was getting ready their belongings and went into my car. I was the driver, sending them to Kuching International Airport. Yes, they are going for a vacation to Taiwan for one week!

The morning sun rise was beautiful, but after that I will be all home alone (with a house maid at home though). I thought this could be a great chance for me to spend most of my time with Orange. But he had promised his family that this Gawai, he will be back. So…no Orange nor Cherry…

I had the worst dining experience last night. Initially thought it would be a pleasant dinner to get some good food after all these while of dieting. I don’t feel like going into the details. In short, I wanted to try out the crispy pork chop dish, but ended up waiting for soooooooooo long until the others had already finish their meal. And when the dish finally came, it was F*CKING COLD! I was so frustrated and canceled the order. I should have ordered Fish n’ chips instead.

So I had not really have a good meal last night. All I had was just the side orders ordered by the others. It’s over now, no use repeating it here, just want to make a short note as part of my life log.
The following days will be some worse days for me. Not “worst” but “worse”. It’s going to be the Gawai Dayak festival. At the same time, it is also the school holidays. My family will be going to Taiwan for vacation and Orange will be going back to his hometown this Gawai. Now what? I have to find something to do to fill up my “spacious time” when all of them are not around, while I stay back here at home.
If I know Orange will not be around during that time, I would surely follow my family for a vacation that I’ve longed for. Or maybe I should find one day, go for a long vacation, stay away from home and work, consider something like the Outer Banks rentals, breathing the fresh air and play along the beach.
How I wish..

If you are crazy for the Taiwanese drama “Smiling Pasta” (微笑Pasta), Nicholas Teo is no stranger to you then. (I didn’t watch, though.) Do you know that Nicholas Teo is from Kuching? Yes, Kuching - my hometown!! Now, Kuchingites, are you feeling proud?

Nicholas Teo 张栋梁
Have you ever wonder which school Nicholas studied for his secondary education? It’s Chung Hua Middle School No.1, CHMSNo.1 in short (古晋中华第一中学). Rather then saying that it is his school, I would like to say it’s my school too. Well, my school has “produced” some famous kids. Other than Nicholas, the famous Kuching celebrity blogger - Kenny Sia, was once a CHMSNo.1 student. Director Cai Ming Liang, Jessie Chung (Jeffrey Chung), just to name a few, were once a student here too.
I went back to school on the 19th..
