How often do you visit a furniture store? Recently, there are lots of furniture stores around in my town. Some integrate interior design services as well.  Wonder how they can earn a living out of this as there are famous and big furniture store like Lorenzo.

Well, of course there are also budget furniture stores. That would probably be my choice if I want to purchase something like a computer desk or bookshelf.  Once, I saw a blue compact computer desk for around RM200 and above. I like it very much but that time I have not started working, so no income at all. LOL..

I don’t think I need to purchase any furniture at the mean time. I feel like leaving home. I need some peace.

When you go shopping, will you stop by at the shoe outlets when you see one? I believe most girls do.  I seldom do that because, first, I’m not a shopholic; second, I will only look for footwear when mine is “distorted” or in other words, spoiled.

But still, we need a pair of good and comfortable shoes. Even cat wears boot.  Remember Puss in Boots?

Even in games, you tend to choose very elegant outfit as well as shoes. Just like those beautiful thigh high boots. That definitely look hot!! Guess I’ll never have that in real life but no harm having it in games.

There are plenty of games that allow you to choose a variety of nice outfit. For offline game, you can consider The Sims series. For online games, I’ll have to say Supder Dancer Online. I like to see those beautiful outfit. However, you need to purchase the nice outfit with either the in-game credits or cash. @@

I was once asked by a friend, “Why you girls love to look at the shoes in the shop even if you don’t intend to buy?” Hm…now tell me, why? I guess it’s because we want to satisfy our eyes?

Yet another home improvement post. We know that lighting plays an important role in a house. Most of the time, we will think of the lighting in the living room or dining room. How can we not remember about the bathroom lighting?

In real life, my bathroom has no decoration setup at all.  Even the lighting is just a normal florescent tube.  But in the virtual world of The Sims (check out the post before this), I always design a very nice bathroom with great tiles, texture and lighting designs.

However, real lighting is sometimes expensive. That is why I love to play The Sims series as I can design my dream home in the virtual world without loosing any bucks. What do you think?

I am actually interested in home decoration. I don’t have my own house (where only me and my love live together), or else I will definitely spend quite a lot in furnishing a simple and comfortable environment for the house.

The first thing I will consider is the lighting and some plant decorations. Next will be having some roller shades for the windows. I would prefer bamboo shades which gives a very Asian or should I say Japanese feeling.

Orange and I always dream of having a Japanese style house. That will only remain a dream though.

By the way, kinda envy my new blogosphere couple friends - Alvin and Janice who currently stay in Japan, as they have the chance to experience living in Japan. Alvin once told me Japan is only good for traveling not living. High living standard, I suppose.
