Movie Talk: Shrek the Third

Shrek the Third by Chris Miller

This morning, went to watch Shrek 3 with my sister Cherry and my best friend Neonplanet (and her younger brother). Well, it’s been a long time I haven’t watch movie in the cinema with them..I would love to have a good chat with my friend but we had things to do.

Back to the movie..okay..This is a funny animation and quite nice with the moral value behind and it’s a must watch if you ever watched Shrek 1 and 2. Yet another good production from DreamWorks. A 4 star movie for me.

Movie Talk: Pirates of the Caribbean - At World’s End

Pirates of the Caribbean - At World’s End by Gore Verbinski

I went to watch this movie yesterday. I thought several days after the premiere, I could get cheaper ticket to watch this movie. But guess what? It is the MOST EXPENSIVE ticket I ever get for this year! RM10!! WTF?! But at least, worth it, it’s a 2 hour and 50 minutes movie. And it’s Jack Sparrow, my favorite character. Okay, so I think this movie is quite nice and it’s a complete episode if you watched Pirates 1 and 2, you must watch 3!

I would like to give it a 5 star, but I don’t know why..I don’t feel like rating it a 5 star after watching it…Probably only a 4 star movie.

How I wish Jack could sail across the sea with someone he love. Elizabeth? Nah..she has Will’s heart, and betrayed Jack once (with her kiss and intended to kill Jack).

Next by Lee Tamahori

Last night, I went to watch “NEXT” in the cinema. This is a nice movie, short one, but I wish the ending is not like that, maybe could change a little to satisfy me a bit. Starring Nicholas Cage, my favorite actor, he is the hero but not yet a hero in the storyline. You get what I mean if you watch it. The only bad part was, when I was watching half way, the cinema black out =.=||.

I give this a 4 star. It’s really cool is you can see the future. But be caution when you see the future and change the present.

Movie Talk: Spider-Man 3

Sipder-Man 3 by Sam Raimi

I just came back from the cineplex, after watching Spider-Man 3. What I gonna say about this movie is - IT’S A MUST WATCH MOVIE!!! Very exciting with actions and adventures, and of course friendship and romance - a very nice combination. Touching ending and great story line. I think I’ll get a DVD of this movie as a collection. =)

The hall is nearly full and I just managed to sit on the 3rd roll with my body sitting back and head facing up to view the big wide screen - too near until the sound from the speaker is rather hurting my ears. But really, it’s a good movie. <3 src="http://img120.imageshack.us/img120/6442/spiderman3finalrposterws9.jpg" alt="Spider-Man 3" align="left">Title: Spider-Man 3

Mr. Bean’s Holiday by Steve Bendelack

No doubt, it’s a comedy by seeing the title “Mr. Bean’s Holiday”. I went to the theater to watch this movie. Silly and funny. Quite touching at the end. However a little bit of disappointment here, maybe because watching too much trailer and make it a spoiler…LOL

A 2.5 star movie, I give.
