My hometown Kuching is really developing rapidly. From the completion of Kuching International Airport to the opening of new shopping malls, to building of wider roads, as well as the development of real estate. It has become a busier city. Frankly speaking, I don’t know this is good or not. I mean, development and improvement is good, but I do hope that Kuching still preserve its unique local Sarawakian style. I don’t want a second KL here. I don’t like busy life. I love a slower and quiet life style.

I see a lot of Kuching bloggers are cheering of the new developments. I’m proud of Kuching too. I hope the authority don’t demolish all lands to build tall buildings. How about our spacious greenland? While developing a city, we have to think about keeping green too, in case it’s too late. How about you? What do you think about the development of Kuching city?
