Is Pet32.exe, MSPetServ or even RaveMon.exe something familiar you see in your PC? All these are unwanted worm that can infect your PC and slow down the performance speed, as well as being harmful to your PC.

Recently our ISP make changes to its policies towards business organization. Later today, the person in charge will come to my office to help setup the new line. At the same time my boss intended to implement a wireless broadband into the existing network. It is just a proposal yet no further action taken yet.
The reason for which such wireless connection is needed is, the Managing Director and his assistant would like to access to the Internet from their laptops via Wi Fi. As an IT support in the company, I was consulted on which device to purchase for wireless connection. I suggested a wireless access point.

If we were in the United Kingdom, I would like to suggest the company to consider using the BT wireless broadband. It has several options for IT business solution with wireless integration. It will be just as convenient for the managers and staff to connect multiple devices such as laptops and PCs.

Yesterday, I received a Skype call from a colleague in another branch, telling me her problems. I was stunned for a while, because most of the possible solutions I could think of, didn’t help. Luckily, I’ve managed to find a solution for it. Read more…
