I’ve been following my diet plan for 2 months plus. Just measured my body weight this morning and apparently I’ve lost 5kgs! That’s really a very encouraging figure. However, recently I hesitate if this is really good enough as I still have lots of “extra meat” around my tummy, arms and legs (although I lost weight). I decided to get some workout.
The easiest way is to jog. But jogging in the sun can really tan my skin. We have no 4 seasons here so it will be rather hard to have fair skin texture again, unless I go for skin whitening treatment .
I’ve always wanted an exercise ball, so yesterday I finally get one for myself!
