This is definitely amazing! The latest reading on the scale is 63.7kg! In just one day, there’s some decrease on my body weight! Well, I am also the kind of person who can easily loose weight if I am on diet, in other words, I can get heavy (fat) almost so easily too. >.<

Okay, these are what I ate today.

Breakfast: Spaghetti – cherry tomato, broccoli, egg with homemade sauce (olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt and black pepper to taste)

Food In Take – 11.12.13

Hey guys! It’s been a long time since my last update! Guess that you are missing me? Well, I miss my blog and I really miss the time I used to update regularly and interact with my readers. Anyway, life is busy lately (real busy)! But guess what? I am trying to live a healthier life style by doing more exercises and starting from today, I am going to eat healthier!

Oh, just a brief update on my current life – I am going to the gym (quite unbelievable!) and I am enjoying it. I go to the gym almost daily and it’s been 107 days since the first time I stepped into the gym. (More details about the gym in my future post.)

I have lost around 3 – 4 kgs and some inches around the waist and bust line. I think it’s getting slow as I did not really take care of my food in take. So, starting from today, I have decided to be slightly strict with my diet. I am reading healthy recipe and trying out some of them. Since I spent most of my day time in the office, it’s quite challenging for me. I have to think what to prepare for my lunch box (and breakfast of course). Dinner always gives me headache..we’ll see how to solve that sooner or later. Continue reading Food In Take – 11.12.13
