SDRAMIt’s 11.03pm now, just back from supper after work not long ago. Today is my 5th day working at my new office, I never expected to work a 2-hour-OT as fast as today. Apparently, I’ve slowed down alot in blogging and reading blogs.  Sorry to those who come and visit my blogs frequently and also sorry for those who I subscribed too. I am unable to read or write as much as I previously used to now.

Previously, I mentioned about the 192MB of RAM in my office computer. Initially, I thought I want to bring my own 512MB RAM and install to that computer. This morning, when I wanted to install the additional RAM, to my surprise, that computer is really an “antique”, running two units of 128MB of SDRAM!!!

As my 512MB RAM is a DDR, I can’t use it. So, I will have to stick with the slow computer… Read more…

My Diet Progress

Yesterday my colleague asked me if I’m still consuming the meal replacement product. Yes I did. I bought the suppliment for 3 months but it’s passed 3 months and now is the 4th month, I still have some remaining suppliment. This is because: I started to slow down on the 3rd month, I didn’t consume it as much as expected.

Apparrently, I’ve lost weight (but still fat oustanding belly). My exercise ball which I bought early has puncturerd due to accident. But I’m really lucky enough to get a new ball replacement without extra charges.

That’s my most recent photo (taken on 17th evening). My chubby cheeks make me look young but look at my arms!! Oh gosh!

By the way, if you want to lose weight, it’s better if you can control your diet and at the same time do some workout. Do not simply consume diet pills like nuphedrine without consulting your doctor.

Yesterday, Alysha came to my office to pass me some goods that I’ve ordered from her. We had a little chat.

Alysha: Eh, do you know that Big Apple Donut is open?
Me: Yes, I know. But I’m currently on diet. Do you see any changes?

*Alysha took a look at me from head to toe*
Alysha: Yes, your lower body.

Haha…I’m actually very happy, because what I want is to shape my lower body. Time passes so fast and I’ve been on my special diet for one month. In this one month, I lost 3 kgs. My waist is reduced by 1.2″. I’m getting results. I wish to post some before and after pix here but hmm..maybe wait for a little longer.

My favorite trousers is getting looser each day. I can’t buy any new one yet, as I afraid that it might not fit me again later. So…just wait for another 2 months time.  That’s my diet progress. It’s really hard to force myself to resist great food. But I still resist.  I don’t want to waste my money and hard work.

If you want to slim down, what sort of method will you use? On diet? Taking fat burner pills like Hydroxycut? Exercise? Or a combination of any of the above? Do share with me your experience.
