			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>If you are wondering where are my &#8220;slimming project&#8221; update posts, here&#8217;s one. I&#8217;ve been so lazy to arrange all the weekly progress photos and post them up here, although I still take my &#8220;figure&#8221; photos weekly. My current weight is 54kg, which was <span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>65kg</strong></span> previously.</p>
<p>I was wearing this maroon / pink t-shirt yesterday. Orange said I looked good in it. I told him I wore that t-shirt long time ago, but that time it was so fit/tight. After browsing through the photo archives, I found the photo of me wearing the same t-shirt which was taken only last year.</p>
<p>After making the comparison, I was like &#8220;Oh shytt!! OMG!! WTF!!!&#8221;<br />

<p>I hardly believe my eyes! That WAS ME?!! Oh c&#8217;mon. I didn&#8217;t even care about my hair, my complexion?!</p>
<p>Okay, what I really wanna say is, when you become slimmer, you gain more self confidence. When you feel good, you will automatically make yourself look good.<span id="more-2219"></span></p>

<p>This is my 5th month on Herbalife diet. I admit that some times (recently) I feel so down because am not able to join the others for some nice food (especially during night time), however, I have found several strong reasons to keep me motivated once again:</p>
<ul>
<li>Gonna look good this coming new year</li>
<li>Gonna look good for attending friends wedding next January</li>
<li>Gonna get myself some very cool clothes which I longed for</li>
<li>Gonna stay close to my determination, so that people won&#8217;t treat my &#8220;slimming project&#8221; as a joke</li>
<li>Make it worth, don&#8217;t waste the money which I have spent for this entire project</li>
<li>Motivate those who want to feel and look good just like me ^_^</li>
</ul>
<p>My ideal weight is 48kg. I have 6kgs to go. I&#8217;m trying my best now and hope to reach my target weight soon.</p>

<p>Oh wow&#8230;8 days of food intake during night time, no wonder my weight just remain so &#8220;stable&#8221;. So November, a new month, I promised myself to stay strong to face the challenge. My target weight for this month is 50kg. I hope I can reach 50kg by the end of November. And gonna force myself to do physical exercises as well.  Wish me luck!</p>

<p>P/S: Today I went out to have lunch with ex-classmates. They said I do slim down. I&#8217;m glad about the compliment <img src='http://www.xiaoyenzi.com/blog/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif' alt=':D' class='wp-smiley' />  Now you can see that Herbalife is really an effective <a href="http://fatburners.org/">fat burners</a>. ^^</p>

<p>I don&#8217;t see much difference according to the photos above. This week, the distance and angel of taking the photos is really terrible. I have to do a lot of adjustment for the photos.</p>
<p><strong>Summary:</strong><br />
Weight is always around 60 to 61kg.<br />
Waist measurement is around 33&#8243;<br />

<p>Now I have Starbucks! Well, not actually, it&#8217;s just Starbucks plastic cup.<span id="more-2025"></span></p>
<p>This is what I have every day for breakfast and dinner. To make a smooth mixture, I will use a blender. Normally, I will add 400ml plain water with 3 spoon full of Herbalife F1 which comes in 5 flavors. By the time I took this picture, I was having Strawberry flavor. For breakfast, other than the 3 spoon full of Herbalife F1, I add another spoon of F3 (protein, not shown in the pic below).<br />

<p>Some people do not use plain water, but use soy milk or low fat milk instead. But to have more effective results, plain water is just fine.</p>
<p>Pour the blended mixture into Starbucks plastic cup.</p>

<p>And now I can have Starbucks as well.</p>

<p>Although its not real drinks from Starbucks, it feels more fun. Psychologically.</p>
<p>I just can&#8217;t wait to have my Herbalife F1 tropical fruit flavor in the next 6 hours!</p>
