All I need to do now is to be really hardworking to perform some simple workout. Going to expensive gym and consuming bodybuilding supplements is not my cup of tea. I’m happy with my exercise ball or also known as the stability ball.
There are plenty of exercise you can perform with the exercise ball. However, you have to learn to balance yourself on the ball or else you may injure yourself from falling down from the ball. You can find a lot of free exercise ball workout tutorial in Youtube.
The following video is one of my favorite workout and I practise that daily. May look for another few more sets for the next following weeks.
