For the first time, I tried to make this scramble egg according to the diet recipe by famous fitness guru Jung Da Yeon. Tasty~~
Breakfast: Scramble egg with lettuce and cherry tomato. (Mixing 2 eggs with 5 spoon full of low-fat milk, and add salt to taste, for 2 pax)

This is definitely amazing! The latest reading on the scale is 63.7kg! In just one day, there’s some decrease on my body weight! Well, I am also the kind of person who can easily loose weight if I am on diet, in other words, I can get heavy (fat) almost so easily too. >.<
Okay, these are what I ate today.

Hey guys! It’s been a long time since my last update! Guess that you are missing me? Well, I miss my blog and I really miss the time I used to update regularly and interact with my readers. Anyway, life is busy lately (real busy)! But guess what? I am trying to live a healthier life style by doing more exercises and starting from today, I am going to eat healthier!
Oh, just a brief update on my current life – I am going to the gym (quite unbelievable!) and I am enjoying it. I go to the gym almost daily and it’s been 107 days since the first time I stepped into the gym. (More details about the gym in my future post.)
I have lost around 3 – 4 kgs and some inches around the waist and bust line. I think it’s getting slow as I did not really take care of my food in take. So, starting from today, I have decided to be slightly strict with my diet. I am reading healthy recipe and trying out some of them. Since I spent most of my day time in the office, it’s quite challenging for me. I have to think what to prepare for my lunch box (and breakfast of course). I was waken up by my SMS ringtone. Friends had SMSed me to make sure I was going to the World Walking Day. When I looked at the time – 5.45am!! WTF?! I overslept and I don’t remember hearing any wake up alarm alert from my phone!! (I don’t have an alarm clock for years~ time to get one, maybe?)
Quickly dressed up, fetch Orange and drove all the way to Waterfront. On the way, we saw people in a very long queue!! It was only 6.30am.
