Rojak, is basically a snack made up of mixture of fruits (or other ingredients) with black prawn paste and grounded peanuts as topping. You must not miss this dish when you are in Malaysia. Last week, Orange and I went to a rojak shop located just at the upper level from my office. (I’m working in a shopping podium) It was so sweet of Orange to visit me during lunch time.

Ponteng

Ponteng” is a term used by Malaysian students to refer to the action of escaping classes. Do you realized on the 21st November, Wednesday, I didn’t update my blog? Because I was away from work and away from home - doing whatever I wanted to do. I call this day as “a day I ponteng with my sayang (love)”.

One week before 21st, I had submitted my leave application form, and it’s an unpaid leave because I haven’t work for this company one year yet. I didn’t let my parents know about my leave application. Even at the age of 23, I don’t think Dad will allow me to move at my own pace (referring to taking leave as I wish or even the freedom to love someone)

In fact, the main reason of taking a one-day-unpaid leave is because I wanna open a saving account in Public Bank and also to apply for Public Bank Visa Electron (debit card). Getting information from several Malaysian bloggers, they said that Visa Electron works well with PayPal. Therefore, I am so eager to apply one, so that I can start my online money making journey. (No PayPal = hard earn money online)

Bak Kut Teh is a Chinese cuisine that serve various pork parts in the Chinese herbal soup. And rojak is a mixture of fruits/vege with rojak paste made by prawn, has peanut as topping. You can have these at Go. Fun Kee Bak Kut Teh & Rojak. They also sell Taiwanese beverage such as the pearl milk tea.
